A: There are no physical stores, only the office is located in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong, and no product display. If you need to check the goods in our office, please let us know in advance, and make an appointment date and time.

A: The location of our office is "Room B, 6th Floor, Block 1, Kwai Tak Industrial Centre, 15-33 Kwai Tak Street, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong". The business hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 13 :00, closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Q: What payment methods do you support?
A: We support the following payment methods: PayMe / FPS / Alipay HK / Paypal / Credit card / Bank transfer / Online Octopus QR code / Cash. If paying cash, please visit our office to purchase.
Q: If I place an order today, when can I receive it?
A: If you place an order before 12:00 noon on the same day and the goods are ready, under normal circumstances, the Hong Kong area can receive the goods within 2-3 working days at the earliest. For Hong Kong surface mail, please allow 5-7 working days to receive the goods
Q: I received your product, but I have some problems and want to return/exchange the product, how can I arrange it?

Q: I am an overseas buyer and want to place an order in your online store, what should I do?
