Delivery Policy Statement

HK Homeplus Online store – Delivery service and conditions

1. Customers can select pick up from our office or delivery service.

  • About pick up: Once the order and payment have been confirmed, HK Homeplus will inform the customer by email when the goods are ready for pick up. Customers MUST make an appointment with our customer service.
  • About mailing service*: Once the order and payment have been confirmed, in condition from Monday to Friday before 10am (not public holiday), the package will send out by mailing service by post office within 3 working days. Customers can receive the package within 3-7 working days.
  • About courier service: Once the order and payment have been confirmed, in condition from Monday to Friday before 10am (not public holiday), the package will send out by SF Express within 3 working days. Customers can receive the package within 1-3 working days.

We offer free delivery for Hong Kong customers with purchase HK$300 or more in one transaction.

- Buyers have to bear all the risk of mailing by Hong Kong post (such as lost mail, damage of the mail......)

- HK Homeplus is not liable for any loss or damage of the mailing by Hong Kong post. All the charges cannot refund and would not re-send the goods. If HK Homeplus received the returned mails, will inform the buyers immediately. Buyers have to pay the postage charge again for re-mailing, or can collect the goods at our office directly. But the postage charge had been paid before cannot refund.

- Hong Kong post does not have tracking number for the local mailing service. If you request any evidence or tracking number about the mailing, please choose SF express.

- Hong Kong post cannot tracking or asking about the postage.

** Purchase amount refers to the total billed amount excluding coupon, voucher, other discount offers, and delivery fee.

*** Delivery fee may be adjusted due to logistic service provider(s) to adjust the price from time to time without prior notice.

Delivery time depends on the service hours of Hong Kong Post Office or SF Express.

2. Order cut-off and delivery

  • If the customer confirmed the order and payment during working days by 10:00 am,  the goods will be ship out in the afternoon earliest; if the order is confirmed after 10:00 am, an additional working day will be added, details are subject to our confirmation.

3. Terms and conditions

  • HK Homeplus will not be liable for any unacceptable or force majeure during the course of the delivery of the goods. For example, HK Homeplus will not be liable for any damages due to obstructions such as traffic accidents. You may check with the logistic service provider(s).
  • If the shipping process causes the package damage and the goods are damaged or the goods are lost, please refer to the terms of the logistic service provider(s) for the amount of the claim.
  • If the delivery fails due to customer issues (for example, delivery address is not clear, the contact number is incorrect/invalid, or customer notes do not match the selected delivery time slot, receiver cannot be contacted, etc.), will cost extra (for example, re-delivery, logistics return the goods to Parrot, SF storage fee, etc.) it may charge to customers for any additional costs incurred and all such fees will not be accepted for any recovery and compensation or refund of goods.
  • If the goods are returned to HK Homeplus by the logistics for any reason, we will try to contact the customer. If we fail to contact the customer and deliver the goods more than three times, we will not arrange a further delivery. Please contact us for pick-up at our office during office hours. The goods will not receive any recovery or compensation or refund of goods.
  • If the customer does not pick-up or failed to deliver the goods more than 60 days after payment, the goods will be treated as abandonment. HK Homeplus will not accept any recovery and compensation or refund of the goods.
  • When typhoon signals number 8 or above are hoisted, red or black rainstorm warnings become effective, or when the logistic service provider(s)determines that it is not safe to deliver due to extreme weather conditions, or traffic accidents and road obstructions, the delivery will be delayed or otherwise arranged.

4. Extra fees

  • Logistics service provider will deliver according to their dispatch schedule, if delivery failed due to customer’s issues, customer will bear the surcharge.
